JIM PAUL, as owner and general manager of Q-TECH, Jim has brought with him 30 years experience in the forest and construction industry, ranging from managing mills in the Yukon and Northern Alberta, to personnel dispatching for a major construction company. Jim is well known in the industry, and is respected by all of his employees.
MARTY PAUL is a journeyman carpenter who brought fifteen years of trade experience in concrete framing, finishing, cladding and mill maintenance to Q-TECH. He oversees contract projects, assists with dispatching manpower, and is our company safety officer.
CARLA WHITE is our accounting and payroll clerk. She is also is the company EFAP representative. The Employee & Family Assistance Program is an employee benefit program that helps employees, dependents and retirees get confidential and professional assistance in addressing personal concerns.
